Every 2 hours, we collect job listings for your selected titles and locations—this process is called Looping. A Gig Search starts when we search platforms and ends when we’ve applied to all relevant positions. If **automated applications** are enabled, SideApply will handle everything for you, including emailing companies and submitting applications.
For manual applications, the Gig Loop will gather matching jobs, but you’ll apply manually, giving you more control over the process.
SideApply uses your resume and machine learning to match jobs to your profile, ensuring relevance. You’ll be notified by email about any actions taken.
Behind the scenes, each Gig Loop uses machine learning and your resume to find opportunities aligned with your profile and experience, ensuring the jobs are relevant and attractive to hiring managers.

For example, if we gather 2,000 job listings for your chosen title (e.g., "Software Engineer"), but only 150 of those match your profile, we’ll only apply to those 150. In a perfect world with unlimited jobs and resumes, SideApply could send millions of emails. But in reality, the number of available jobs is limited, as is the number of roles that fit your profile based on our machine learning models.

- **Faulty or Defective Service:** If Side Apply does not function as described or encounters technical issues that significantly hinder your ability to use it.
- **Unauthorized or Fraudulent Transactions:** If unauthorized charges are made to your account or fraudulent activity is detected.
2.2 Conditions for Refund:**
If eligible for a refund, you must follow these guidelines:
- **Provide Required Information:** You must provide necessary details, including the date of the first billing, the email associated with your Side Apply account, the receipts for the first and latest billing, and any proof of account cancellation (if applicable). You may also need to provide supporting evidence such as screenshots, error messages, or any other relevant information to support your refund claim. Failure to provide this information may result in the denial of your request.
- **Refund Request Time Frame:** Refund requests must be made within 15 days of the payment. Only one refund will be granted, applicable to the latest charge.
